Every year, this event grows in both scale and spirit. As we expand, our goal is to grow alongside you while ensuring the best possible experience for our shoppers and our hardworking staff. To manage this growth effectively and streamline our holiday preparations, we are introducing a few updates to our registration process this year.

To ensure a diverse and vibrant marketplace, we are moving to a jury selection process rather than first-come, first-served registration. With the increasing number of talented vendors, this allows us to curate a wide variety of unique products. This variety is key to keeping the show engaging for shoppers and, ultimately, helping our vendors maximize their sales!
Additionally, due to popular demand, we have added an extra two days to the event, making this a six-day shopping experience.
1. Application Deadline (newly extended): July 17, 2026
2. Selection Notification: July 24, 2026
3. Setup Window: November 13 – 14, 2026
4. Show Dates: November 16 – 21, 2026
5. Tear Down Day/Payment Pick-Up: November 24, 2026
Note 1 : If you have not heard from us by July 24th, you will be automatically placed on our waitlist for any potential openings. Until you have received the email noting your selection in this year's event, DO NOT SEND THE ENTRY FEE PAYMENT.
Note 2 : If you would like more than one booth (maximum of two), please indicate your request on your application. Multi-booth requests are not guaranteed, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To maintain the high quality our customers expect, please adhere to the following:
1. Handmade Authenticity: All crafts must have a handmade component. The resale of strictly purchased items is not permitted.
2. Pricing: All prices must be round numbers (e.g., $2, $5, $10) to facilitate smoother transactions.
3. Tagging: Each item must be tagged with your three unique initials and the price.
4. Stickers: We will provide printed stickers with your initials. Please ensure these are securely fastened. Items with missing or loose stickers cannot be processed at checkout and will be placed in a "Return to Vendor" bin.
Please complete and submit the online application below, along with two to three photos of your work.

Most of us want to easily pull together everyday outfits without overthinking it or overspending. In reality, putting stylish clothing combos together can feel harder than it should. If you stare into the closet and can’t find anything to wear, you’re not alone! Many of us struggle to assemble outfits that feel stylish and put together.
Your friends at Sassyfras Boutique in Eising Garden Centre are here to help with 4 go-to outfit tricks that always work!
These are simple style tricks you can rely on, and they're built around versatile essentials you may already own, plus just-right combinations and accessories that pull everything together. You’ll also find new ways to assemble simple pieces to create countless outfits.
These tricks come from years of helping people in our shop to build their wardrobes. Ready to get started? Let’s make getting dressed and looking great one of the easiest parts of your day!
In every season, a great top layer pulls an outfit together. Invest in a jacket, blazer and coat for cool or cold weather. Wearing a linen shirt/shirt jacket, sweater, shacket, or cardigan works well for summer, spring and fall. Or you can simply drape it over your shoulders just in case temperatures dip a bit while you’re out or the A/C is a little too drafty.

The top, jacket, and pants are from B. Young, found in Sassyfras at Eising's Garden Centre.
2. Start with a Matching Base Layer
Begin with a neutral, matching base. Easy peasy. Once you have a neutral base, add any jacket colour and accessories! One of the great jackets you’ve invested in will enhance a neutral outfit and create multiple great looks. The key is to start with a dress, or a top and pants/skirt that are similar shades. Some examples of a neutral base are: blue/faded blue, cream/beige, grey/grey, white/white, or black/black. From there, add on any colour jacket or sweater and a similar or complementary shade of bag/purse/earrings/shoes.

3. Match Your Top and Jacket
Here’s a trick you can probably achieve with the clothes that you already have! Instead of matching your top and bottom pieces, match your top and jacket or sweater. Once you put together similar neutral shades on top, you can add almost any skirt or pants and look stylish.

4. Camel Adds Class
So you’ve put your outfit together using a neutral shade for your top and bottom, or matched your top and jacket…now do you want to make your ensemble look even better? Add a touch of tan or camel, maybe even a bit of gold. Camel colour bags and shoes go with everything and are staples for easy, classic outfits. Add some gold earrings and a pair of sunglasses, and you’re set!

We’re here to help you put it all together. Come into Sassyfras wearing your neutral base, and we can help you find that great jacket or cardigan, handbag and accessories to go with it. Or, start from scratch and find a neutral base you can build on. And for heaven's sake, let’s make it easy to look good!
Fall, also known as Pumpkin Spice Season, is well underway. The leaves are changing colour and we’re saying so long to another garden season. But wait! There’s still plenty of enjoyment to be had from your hard-working garden. Temperatures may be falling, but Autumn is the perfect time to squeeze in a few more plants, and to slow down and connect with family, friends, and neighbours by hosting a backyard party.
This is a list of our favourite ideas to inspire your outdoor party plans and keep us in mind if you’re looking for decorations like pumpkins, gourds and flowers for your next event. Eising Porch Packages make decorating fun and easy!
Bring the patio furniture close to the house to protect everyone from a fall breeze, grab the basket of blankets or throws, warm some cider, and pop the popcorn. There’s nothing like a beautiful Autumn evening, now that the bugs are gone, to enjoy a night under the stars watching a great movie, your favourite team sport, or cracking open a fun board game.
Create a self-serve candy apple bar with slices of apples on wooden skewers, bowls of dips like caramel, chocolate, hazelnut spread, and almond butter, and small bowls of toppings like mini marshmallows, sprinkles, and chocolate chips.
Fall is the perfect time to enjoy a potluck featuring everything in season, or preserved from the garden. Sweet potatoes, squash, and yes, even Pumpkin Spice. Decorate the table with seasonal fruit, flowers, potted fall plants from Eising Greenhouses and fairy lights to add to the ambience. Maybe even a grazing board packed with favourite snacks.
Looking to layer your Fall décor on the front door or a fireplace but don’t have a wreath or garland? Pick out a design with friends, and have everyone contribute one item for everyone to use. Forage for items in your yard, or buy them, then get together and create!
If you’re lucky enough to have a fire pit, or chiminea, Fall is the perfect time to host a backyard bonfire on a cool night. Marshmallows and hot chocolate will make it super cozy!
You may not want to hire the polka band, but soft pretzels, sausage, and local apple cider should definitely be on the menu. Fill a galvanized tub with ice, and add mason jars with premade drinks to make hosting a breeze.
All you’ll need is a pile of pumpkins and gourds, an inexpensive tablecloth, paint supplies, and some inspiration. It’s a canvas that can be painted over and over, so don’t be afraid to get creative. Kids love this, but so do adults!
Whatever you’re planning, we hope that you enjoy the season. You know where to find us: 814 Cockshutt Road in Simcoe, ON
P.S. Autumn is also the perfect time to plant perennials, shrubs and trees - stop by and peruse the garden centre to find some great last minute garden additions!
